Hispanic Youth Institute Ambassador Agreement

As a Hispanic Youth Institute Ambassador, I, [Name], understand that "if it is to be, it is up to me." During this academic year, I will maintain a GPA of _____. To achieve this GPA I agree to study for at least _____ hours a day, for _______ days a week. If my studies began to suffer, I agree to get help from my peers, teachers or a tutor until my grades have recovered.

I will also "send the elevator back down" by volunteering at least _____ hours a month. In my role as a Hispanic Youth Institute Ambassador, I will be a role model for friends and family, motivating them to attend college and be a part of my college going familia.

As a leader, I will do the best I can to solve any problems that may interfere with this agreement. I will always keep in mind the importance of going to college, finding a good career, and giving back to my community.
